CloutCulture Magazine is the best magazine to come out in the Hiphop/Rap scene in YEARS. It really goes into detail about the artist being interviewed. You can tell the members behind this magazine are genuine and pure and are actually interested in getting to know the artist.
Dandelion, Singer Song Writer
Clout Culture offers amazing marketing campaigns for independent artists. I've been a customer for years. So when I found out they launched a Magazine I was beyond thrilled! A great publication that actually cares about artists. Finally!

Clout Culture - Nov 1 Mission Statement
A victorious decision to stand will always be met with resistance -Rick Rigsby
In the process of bringing this company together, I got hit with so much drama, betrayal, and unwarranted judgement. It really opened my eyes to the real issues of my scene and helped me develop the moral code I want my brand to stand by.
“Clout” is an abused and cringe-worthy word among cliche souls. Over time, it has lost its meaning, and the community / industry is turning into a chaotic dog eat dog world where, instead of building each other up, we pick each other apart. People will do anything for “Clout” and get none in return. Because “Clout” is a political term that means influence or power. It doesn’t mean fame.
Clout Culture Magazine aims to maintain dignity and quality control by exclusively covering genuine artists with a strong work ethic and positive respectful influence over their community.
And this is our way of putting a dent in the good fight against toxicity in the industry, and conflict in the community. Only artists that demonstrate good character will be featured in our publication. With no way around it. And any artists that display poor character will be silently added to our blocked list on socials, so our currators can focus on more deserving prospects.
No Drama, We are just moving in a different direction from that lame energy. You know exactly what I'm talking about.
Want to be featured? Here is the criteria needed to be featured.
Quality control is the name of the game. We are not interested in a quick buck at Clout Culture. Our systems and price points are in place to ensure a constant flow of quality artists for readers and industry professionals to discover and or work with. This publication acts as a catalog, putting prospective clients and signees on full display for both hungry listeners needing something new and talent scouts looking for someone to work with. The following criteria must be met to be featured in our publication, with the exception of the "Artists On The Rise" spread and the Respect Culture CD Sampler, which are in place to create an opportunity for smaller artists who may not meet the criteria yet, but are well on their way.
So if your streams are all from "payola" playlists, if you have 40k followers but nobody leaves you comments and engagements, and if your promo shots were taken with a phone. You probably got some work to do before we can put you on in good conscience.
If you feel like you meet the critera drop us a message here and ill get back to you as soon as I can.
